Making a Difference Together

75 years of commitment to Nigerian communities

Hire Right. Develop Further. Excel Always.

The John Basil Mandilas Foundation was established by Mandilas Group to continue the vision of our Founder — a vision rooted in long-term investment in Nigeria and its people.

From the very beginning, Mr. JB Mandilas believed that sustainable progress in Nigeria depends on developing human potential. The Foundation extends that belief beyond business, focusing on education, innovation, and community development as the true drivers of national growth.

With a strong focus on STEM education, inclusive and equitable learning, and the empowerment of the girl child, the Foundation is committed to closing the knowledge gap and expanding access to opportunity for Nigerian youths, through scholarships, structured mentorship, immersive internship programs, and innovative learning initiatives.

The John Basil Mandilas Foundation works to remove barriers, unlock potential, and inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators.
